I read this quote today over coffee and it is such a good reminder of staying connected to your core (Self):

The 3^rd chakra is not about your ego but about connecting with your internal source and energy = keeping that "Core" Self powerful and strong. It’s primal relationship is connect to the physical energy to the identity and power of the soul.
